Updated Technical Data Sheets - 26 & 7 & 30

Technical Data Sheet 30  Fire Hazard Properties of Timber Floors, Walls & Ceilings - Class 2 to 9 Buildings has been revised to reflect Warrington Fire Research Report No. RIR 45982.1.  Download the revised document here.
 
Technical Data Sheet 26 has has been revised to bring it in line with removal of Queensland variations of energy efficicency in regards to BCA 2009.  The revised document is located here.

Technical Data Sheet 7 has had some minor edits to reflect in-ground durability ratings (vs above ground ratings) and also recent changes to the hardwood grading rules AS 2082. The revised data sheet is located here.

Forest Access Issues

The Queensland Government has recently enacted changes that will mean forest visitors no longer require a ‘permit to traverse’ to enter State Forests or State Plantation Forests. Visitor access will instead be regulated by signage, which will still allow for certain areas to be signed as off-limit due to harvesting operations. Recent correspondence and other relevant information is provided below.
